Golf Course Communities

Colonial Heritage -- This gated and age restricted golfing community is located on Richmond Rd. (Rt. 60) in the James City County Lightfoot area. Colonial Heritage caters to active adults with an impressive list of amenities including 18 holes of golf.
Ford's Colony -- This gated, sought after golfing community has it all including three 18-hole golf courses, single family homes, townhomes and condos. Ford's Colony is located in James City County on Longhill Road.
Governor's Land at Two Rivers -- Governor's Land is located where the James River meets the Chickahominy River on Rt. 5 (John Tyler Highway) in James City County. This golfing community has 18 holes of golf and spectacular views of the tow rivers.
Greensprings Plantation -- Located on the East side of Centerville Road near Monticello, Greensprings Plantation borders the Williamsburg National Golf Course which has two highly rated 18 hole courses. This golfing community typically offers larger lots than its neighbor to the West.
Greensprings West -- Located on the West side of Centerville Road near Monticello, Greensprings Plantation also borders the Williamsburg National Golf Course and its two highly rated 18 hole courses. While this golfing community offers smaller lots than it neighbor to the East, it is still in the building stage with new custom built homes ready for sale or lots where you can build the house of your dreams.
Kingsmill on the James -- Kingsmill is deep in tradition and history. This gated golfing community has three 18 hole courses and a 9 hole course. It's also home to the Micholob Ultra Light LPGA Golf Championship. Kingsmill offers single family homes as well as townhomes and condos some with panoramic views of the James River.
Stonehouse -- Located in the Western section of James City County, Stonehouse is the newest of the upscale planned golfing communities in the Greater Williamsburg Area. The challenging 18 hole golf course is part of the Traditions Golf Clubs.
